RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted if the item is not as described or damaged.
1. You have 14 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession for more than 14 days without contact, it will be considered used and we will not issue a refund or replacement without exceptions. Return shipping cost is paid by both the seller and buyer, half and half.
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
3. We will refund YOUR FULL PURCHASE AMOUNT upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
4. We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised or damaged.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
As soon as your order is shipped and out of the warehouse we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you have provided.
